  The service here is awful and staff doesn't care about anything, are very disrespectful. Appointment first policy is understandable but they accepted our walk in only to completely ditch client after removing previous polish and told her to wait until they were done with everyone else. This would have been acceptable if they hadn't already started working on her. They also rushed through the one part they actually got done and thinned the nails completely, well aware this is important for the clients wedding.
